crscore believes users should always have control of your data.  Users will always have access to their personal information through the use of crscore.  In addition, we will only retain a user's data for a maximum of 12 months after they have indicated they no longer want to use crscore.

crscore takes data security and privacy very seriously.  That includes using industry best practices around encryption (end to end SHA-256 with RSA Encryption), and data housing (AWS).  It also includes limiting the number of employees with access to your data to the absolute minimum and ensuring two factor authentication.  As well we have a very strict policy to never sell or disseminate any of our student data to any third party.   Put simply no third party other than the student and individuals or organizations they choose to share their data with can see or use the data.  

 

crscore may also collect certain information about you based upon your usage of the Website, such as the website that you just came from or that you next go to, the browser you are using, and your IP address. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice on the Internet, and is done automatically by many websites.  We only use this data to improve the experience for our users and will never sell or decimate said data to any third party.
